Christopher Hansard

Christopher Hansard runs a busy international online practice as a Psychological Trauma Therapist and Therapeutic Facilitator. He works as a Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapist (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapist (ACT) and a Cognitive Therapist. He is also a physician of Tibetan Dur Bon Medicine. Christopher uses Skype and other electronic means to offer beneficial, effective, supportive and constructive help to people all over the world.

Christopher has twice spoken at the Oxford Union addressing issues on health, anxiety and social change and has given key note addresses to organisations in the UK and around the world.   Christopher Hansard has featured in The Sunday Times, The Times, The Financial Times, The Independent, The Scotsman, Scotsman on Sunday, The Daily Telegraph, Vogue, The London Evening Standard, The Daily Express and Mail on Sunday.

Christopher Hansard has been in practice for over twenty years and is the author of three bestselling books on pre-Buddhist Tibetan medicine, health, lifestyle and spirituality; first published in the United Kingdom by Hodder & Stoughton and in the U.S.A by Simon & Schuster with many foreign language editions, and eBooks. His books make Tibetan medicine understandable to a wide global audience.  The books are:

Christopher Hansard works with emotional and psychological aspects of illness. He works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, internet harassment and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. He runs a general online practice using Skype in Tibetan Dur Bon medicine giving lifestyle advice on a wide range of common and serious health conditions. His clients come from all over the world and backgrounds.
